Cheryl is responsible for the majority of the firm's large corporate real estate research projects such as shopping centers, natural gas lines, telecommunication right of ways, and corporate buyouts. This includes providing zoning requirements, and examining environmental issues and lease restrictions throughout the states of North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina.
Cheryl also assists with new zoning and foreclosure hearings. She has extensive computer knowledge of the various systems throughout each county, city or state to obtain the necessary information to complete real estate research projects.
