Susan has paralegal experience across several practice areas and significant experience in complex litigation matters. Her skills and duties as a Litigation Support Specialist combine aspects of the paralegal and information technology professions. Technical skills such as database design and development are blended together with paralegal skills such as discovery support and document production. The result is a Specialist whose primary focus is the application of technology (scanning, coding, databases) to the legal requirement of organizing, reviewing, and producing documents (including electronic data).
Susan oversees outsourced vendor projects and provides ongoing litigation software training to the firm's attorneys and staff.
