Jane's work experience includes railroad, construction, bank fraud and other major cases in both State and Federal courts. 

She drafts pleadings, motions and discovery; reviews, summaries and analyzes investigation materials from railroads and other clients; investigates train collisions; interviews witnesses; coordinates expert witnesses; drafts releases and settlement agreements; manages all aspects of trial preparation, including coordination of witness interviews, and drafting pre-trial orders and jury instructions; manages complex litigation files; researches legal, historical, and medical issues; and indexes case materials.  Jane also serves as liaison between local governmental agencies and railroad client.
