I have been working at Brooks Pierce for a little over 50 years. I have seen the firm grow from 8 attorneys to 82 now. I would not have stayed this long if the attorneys had not been honest and ethical people. Over the years, I have seen attorneys leave because they did not fit these criteria. Of course there have been problems with attorneys and staff, but nothing that has not been overcome in an honest and straightforward manner. I think it is the best place to work.
