Honestly I think it’s a win-win situation meaning that I don’t know if I chose Brooks Pierce or they chose me.  In any event I am so truly happy to be a part of this firm.  What I like most about working at Brooks Pierce is the environment, the professionalism all the while being surrounded by the humanistic qualities that make us each individuals and each person being allowed to be themselves.  It’s really different.  I’ve heard people say they put on their face as well as their clothes when getting ready to come to work and we just don’t do that.  It’s ok to be yourself.

Another reason I like working here is that I feel appreciated.  I like the anniversary lunches.  I also like being given directions or instructions and then being left alone to do the project. 

A big reason I like it here is that I’ve never been asked to put my work before my family.  Being able to stay home with a sick child or being able to take care of something personal is a big plus in my book.

I suppose everyone’s heard the saying ‘A match made in heaven’, well that’s how I feel about BP.  It’s home away from home!
