Our firm provides a competitive compensation and benefits package to all employees.  Benefits include medical and dental insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability packages, a 401(k) retirement plan, and parking.  We will pay a portion of the costs incurred while law school graduates are studying for and taking the North Carolina Bar Exam. Judicial clerks are given an additional stipend in recognition of their work for the courts.
