Ben Norman represents clients involved in complicated business disputes before federal and state courts.  Ben has extensive experience practicing before the North Carolina Business Court.  His litigation practice primarily focuses on complex business and corporate litigation with wide-ranging experience involving contracts, antitrust and unfair competition, trade secrets, shareholder rights, mergers and business torts.
