Clinton R. Pinyan represents corporations, individuals and government entities in complex litigation, with a focus on appellate litigation. As a part of his appellate practice, Clint has successfully represented clients in state appellate courts, in federal appellate courts around the nation, and in the United States Supreme Court in a range of matters including tax, constitutional, labor and employment, employee benefits, personal injury, government contracting, and construction cases. He also has an extensive practice in commercial and employment-related litigation in federal and state trial courts.
