Anna McLamb concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions and land use issues. She has significant experience in leasing, financing, development and acquisitions and dispositions of land for residential, retail, office, mixed-use, multifamily, and industrial purposes.
Anna regularly counsels clients in matters involving easements and declarations of covenants, issues concerning planned residential communities and entitlements, and economic development incentives connected with real estate development. Anna's land use and zoning experience ranges from negotiating with local governments on development issues to pursuing rezoning and other development approvals. Anna also counsels clients in the healthcare industry with real estate concerns, including issues with Medicare and Medicaid compliance.
