Ben Norman represents clients involved in complicated business disputes before federal and state courts, including the North Carolina Business Court.  He has wide-ranging experience in lawsuits involving claims for breach of contract, unfair and deceptive trade practices, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and claims against large banks related to interest rate swaps and other similar derivatives.
