Clint Morse is a civil litigator practicing in the trial and appellate levels in federal and state court in North Carolina. Even though he still considers himself a "young lawyer," he has already presented arguments in wide ranging contexts in front of the District and Superior Courts of North Carolina, the North Carolina Business Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Courts of North Carolina.

Like all attorneys at Brooks Pierce, Clint loves his profession and strives to fight for each of his clients’ interests as if they were his own interests.

Clint grew up in Roanoke, VA where he graduated from high school with fifteen varsity letters. He then attended James Madison University where he was honored as the Scholar Athlete of the Year, first runner up in 2004. He remains a "Duke Dog" at heart, and still makes multiple trips a year to Dave’s Taverna.
