Jennifer Van Zant represents clients in complicated business disputes. She has successfully represented businesses and individuals in actions containing antitrust claims, unfair and deceptive trade practices claims, class actions, securities law claims, employment law issues, trademark claims, copyright claims, covenants not to compete, and contract disputes as well as lawsuits concerning sophisticated financial transactions. Her clients include accounting firms, manufacturing entities, health insurance companies, and real estate developers. She brings to her practice a wealth of experience litigating complex multi-party cases in both federal and state court. Jennifer also counsels clients on antitrust compliance, document retention and electronic discovery. She has been published in the North Carolina Historical Review.
