Jennifer Van Zant represents clients in complicated business disputes across a wide range of subject areas. She has successfully represented businesses in actions containing antitrust claims, class actions, securities law claims, employment law issues, copyright claims, covenants not to compete, and contract disputes as well as lawsuits concerning sophisticated financial transactions such as derivatives and interest rate swaps. She brings to her practice a wealth of experience litigating complex multi-party cases. She has been published in the North Carolina Historical Review.
