Joey’s practice involves a variety of commercial litigation, with a focus on environmental law. He also has experience with alternative dispute resolution, in particular arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. As a civil litigator, Joey has represented clients in a broad range of disputes, including residential development, construction, land use, municipal projects, and environmental permitting.
During law school, Joey served as an intern at the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Protection of Free Expression, where he participated in amicus briefing for First Amendment issues before the Supreme Court.
