John Cross' practice is concentrated in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and franchise law. He works with individuals and businesses in all sizes of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. John's practice also includes commercial real estate, Hart-Scott Rodino compliance, and tax exempt and charitable organizations. He often advises corporate or unincorporated associations as to management, reorganization and finance issues, as well as disputes among business owners. He has represented several public corporations as they de-registered from further compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
