Julie Song advises privately-held companies and the families that own them, and assists clients in preparing estate plans that offer significant estate and gift tax savings. Julie also represents public companies, financial institutions, accounting firms, hedge funds, and individual clients in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and securities self-regulatory organizations involving matters such as insider trading, financial fraud, and disclosure issues.
