Julie also represents public companies, financial institutions, accounting firms, hedge funds, and individual clients in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and securities self-regulatory organizations involving matters such as insider trading, financial fraud, and disclosure issues.
