Phillip Long focuses on areas of corporate, taxation, and employee benefits. He helps businesses and their owners plan corporate and organizational strategies and provides solutions for issues that arise with new and ongoing businesses, including general corporate issues, taxation issues, employee benefits and compensation, issues arising under ERISA, and related litigation.
