Reid Phillips represents clients in commercial litigation in federal and state courts, with experience in contracts, securities, antitrust, unfair competition, copyright and trademark infringement, covenants not to compete, professional malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury cases. He has tried lawsuits in all of the largest North Carolina cities and in many smaller ones as well.
