Sue Young represents individual and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurial business development, tax, banking, securities and general corporate law. Sue has represented businesses, business owners, borrowers, lenders, issuers and investors in corporate and transactional matters, from purchases and sales of small, closely held and family owned businesses to complex multi-million dollar transactions for private and public companies. Sue also maintains an active practice in the representation of banking organizations and provides day-to-day regulatory and corporate advice to publicly-traded corporations. She also advises clients on organizational structure, contracts and leases, equity and debt financing, executive compensation and succession planning.
Sue earned her law degree cum laude from Wake Forest University. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison School of Business, where she received a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in accounting. Before law school, she worked for Arthur Anderson LLP on complex corporate and individual tax matters. Sue received her Certified Public Accountant's license in Wisconsin in 1999. Her education and prior work experience brings to clients a unique approach to solving sophisticated business problems.
