Wes Camden represents businesses and executives in the areas of white collar criminal defense, criminal trials and government investigations.

As a former federal prosecutor, Wes served as lead counsel for the United States in matters ranging from racketeering and drug trafficking to money laundering and other financial crimes. He has served as the lead Assistant United States Attorney in investigations conducted by the D.E.A., I.R.S., and the United States Secret Service as well as investigations conducted by federal grand juries. As a part of the firm’s practice in white collar criminal defense, Wes now represents businesses, executives, and other professionals involved in federal and state criminal investigations.

Wes also has experience in civil litigation in the areas of real estate law, local government law, and construction related disputes. He has counseled clients on obtaining and protecting zoning and land use entitlements in jurisdictions throughout North Carolina, including appearances before local governing boards and planning commissions.
