Kearns Davis to Present Federal Criminal Case Law Update

Kearns Davis will be a featured speaker at the North Carolina Bar Association’s 2013 Annual Review.  He will deliver the Review’s “Federal Criminal Case Law Update,” describing key recent decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  Kearns, a former federal prosecutor, leads Brooks Pierce’s white-collar defense practice.  He has provided his Federal Criminal Case Law Update to the Bar Association each year since 2006.

The Annual Review will be held on October 10-11, 2013 at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center in Greensboro, NC.  It has been approved for a full year’s requirements of Continuing Legal Education (CLE), including 12 hours of general credit, 2 hours of Ethics/Professional Responsibility credit, and 1 hour of Substance Abuse/Mental Health credit.  For registration information, click here.
