Pete Webb works with both borrowers and lenders in multi-million dollar lending transactions. He negotiates and drafts security documents, joinder agreements, release documents, credit agreements, and other closing date deliverables. Some of his recent experience includes securing over $600 million in credit facilities for an outdoor sporting goods company, including over $200 million for an asset acquisition, and representing a large international bank in several revolving and term credit facilities, totaling well over $1 billion.
Pete negotiates and drafts agreements between companies across jurisdictions with financing in multiple currencies. He also coordinates bank regulatory compliance, particularly with regard to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Pete is also fluent in Spanish, and has donated hundreds of pro bono hours towards assisting individuals with immigration issues.
