Kim has experience working with both large and small companies when disputes arise. Kim has worked on a variety of complex matters in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Kim has experience in handling a wide variety of business tort cases for clients in a wide range of industries.
Kim counsels and represents clients when disputes over business ownership and control arise. She works to understand the specific needs of her clients in these often complex matters and has experience litigating such disputes when a resolution cannot be reached between the parties.
