Sue helps businesses navigate the often-complex world of mergers and acquisitions. She has represented both buyers and sellers, public and private companies, and businesses in all different types of industries.
Utilizing her background in accounting and deep understanding of finance, Sue represents a variety of lenders and borrowers in complex financing arrangements. Her work focuses on the structuring and documentation of secured and unsecured lending.
Sue has worked with several public companies on regulatory filings such as 10Ks, 10Qs and proxy statements. She also advises companies on disclosure requirements and corporate governance issues.
Sue often represents small to mid-sized businesses on a variety of business issues including reviewing contracts and leases, employment issues, strategic planning, succession planning, distribution agreements and other general business matters.
A former accountant, Sue advises businesses and individuals on a variety of tax matters.
