Our firm's attorneys provide legal services to a number of trade associations. Since most of these relationships are several years old, our attorneys provide valued counsel and institutional memory to the associations.
We provide trade associations with counsel on legal matters such as tax, environmental and regulatory issues. Our attorneys attend association meetings, provide counsel to their boards, make presentations to members at conventions, write legal bulletins to explain laws and regulations and guidance on how to comply with them, and answer legal "hotline" questions by telephone and e-mail as a service to members. We also provide representation before governmental agencies on issues for the association and its individual members.
