Mediation & Arbitration

Our firm has a number of attorneys who, as an adjunct to their regular practice, serve as arbitrators or mediators, either as appointed by a court or as selected by the parties voluntarily. The primary areas in which we serve as mediators or arbitrators include labor and employment law cases, a wide variety of civil litigation matters, and commercial, development, and construction disputes.
