Elizabeth advocates for clients before the North Carolina General Assembly and state government in a wide range of industries, including finance, communications, manufacturing, transportation, and environmental sectors. She previously served as director of legislative affairs for the N.C. Department of Environment and Natural Resources, where she played a primary role in securing $134 million in funding for the Green Square Complex in downtown Raleigh and establishing an electronics recycling law. Elizabeth has extensive experience in the state appropriations process, as well as designing and implementing legislative advocacy strategies for a wide range of complex issues.
