Lateral Employee Benefits Attorney

Brooks Pierce is seeking a lateral attorney with meaningful employee benefits experience to join our firm in North Carolina. The ideal candidate would have more than ten years of helping clients to design and implement qualified retirement plans, executive & deferred compensation, equity compensation and health & welfare plans in a law firm setting, as well as excellent academic credentials. Substantial experience advising clients regarding benefit plans in the M&A context and with respect to compliance and correction of operational and documentary issues is also required.  Successful candidate must be an independent, flexible, confident self-starter.
