Future phases will include buildings focused on STEM education, workforce education and business and information technology.

Betz advises clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, development, leasing, management and disposition of commercial properties.

Tippett advises clients regarding complex business and fiduciary matters, real property, construction litigation and administrative and regulatory law matters.
