Beth Langley Elected to North Carolina Bar Association Board of Governors

Brooks Pierce partner Beth Langley was elected to the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Board of Governors at the association’s annual meeting in Wilmington on June 22. Langley will serve a three-year term.

The board provides leadership and governance to the NCBA. Board members also serve on the North Carolina Foundation Board of Directors.

Langley has over 25 years of experience counseling employers in a wide range of employment law issues. She also handles complex business litigation matters, including those involving civil rights, non-competition agreements and trade secret protection. Langley is a certified mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. She serves as a member of the NCBA Development Committee and has previously served on the NCBA Administration of Justice Committee.
