Brooks Pierce Attorney Receives Downtown Greensboro's Ed Kitchen Leadership Award

Brooks Pierce attorney, George House recently received Downtown Greensboro’s Ed Kitchen Leadership Award.  The Kitchen Award is given annually to a local individual who through their leadership, vision and dedication, has been a champion for the revitalization of Downtown Greensboro.

House, a partner in the Greensboro office of Brooks Pierce, is very active in the community.  He has served and held leadership positions on numerous professional and civic boards including Board of Visitors for Guilford College, Chair of the Advisory Commission for the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, and Board of Directors for Downtown Greensboro.

House focuses his law practice in the area of environmental law and has experience in virtually every substantive and procedural matter involving environmental law, with extensive litigation experience before administrative hearing offices, judges, juries, and appellate courts.
