Langley has over 25 years of experience representing businesses in employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, including discrimination matters, civil rights, executive compensation disputes, non-competition agreements, and trade secret protection. Langley counsels employers of all sizes in an array of employment law issues including regulatory and statutory compliance, litigation avoidance and dispute resolution.
Thaller-Moran focuses her practice on employment law and litigation, counseling employers on compliance with state and federal laws.
