Libby represents mezzanine lenders, venture capital funds and other investors in complex financing transactions and in making investments at every level of a company's capital structure. Libby has extensive experience in senior secured loans, second lien and subordinated debt investments, and common and preferred equity investments, including the negotiation of inter-creditor agreements. She regularly represents borrowers in such transactions as well.
