Kasi uses her experience as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court to inform her representation of businesses and individuals in state and federal courts. She is well-versed in civil and criminal procedure, and works with clients to develop thorough and aggressive litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcome.
Kasi represents individuals and businesses charged with white-collar crimes, including wire fraud, mail fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, accounting fraud, theft of data or trade secrets, and others. She also represents clients facing investigations from governmental agencies and regulatory bodies. Kasi uses her experience as a law clerk to inform her litigation approach, designing comprehensive and thorough defense strategies for her clients.
