Brooks Pierce attorney Natalie Sanders recently presented on using communication to create a healthy workplace culture at the Bloom Inclusion Seminar. The seminar was held in Greensboro, North Carolina, on Oct. 3.
The presentation, entitled “Healthy Culture & Compliance: Tools for Communication and Confrontation,” provided information and tips on how leaders can communicate effectively to create healthy workplace cultures in their organizations and ensure compliance with laws promoting diversity and inclusion.
Sanders advises clients on how to remain compliant with state and federal regulations and how to best position themselves against future litigation as they navigate employment issues including: investigating workplace misconduct, preparing employment and non-compete agreements, terminating employees, drafting policies, updating handbooks, promoting diversity and inclusion, and avoiding discrimination and harassment claims. She also represents employers in federal and state administrative proceedings and court claims.
