Brooks Pierce Attorneys Present “Hands-on History of Voting Rights in 20th Century North Carolina"

Brooks Pierce attorneys Justice Henry E. Frye and Reid Phillips presented "Hands-on History of Voting Rights in 20th Century North Carolina" at the 2015 UNC Festival of Legal Learning.  They discussed the principal developments in North Carolina’s voting rights laws in the twentieth century, in the format of an interview and discussion with former Chief Justice Henry Frye, including Frye’s experiences as a voter, a lawyer, a legislator, and a North Carolina Supreme Court Justice.
