Brooks Pierce Partner Presents at Mecklenburg County Bar’s 8th Annual North Carolina Business Court CLE

Brooks Pierce partner Kim Marston will present during the Mecklenburg County Bar’s 8^th Annual North Carolina Business Court CLE on Friday, Oct. 23. This year’s program will be held virtually.

Marston will present on effective advocacy in remote hearings during the presentation titled, “Effective Technology in the Business Court in the Wake of COVID-19.”

Marston litigates contract and commercial disputes, including unfair trade practices, trade secrets, insurance coverage and business ownership disputes in all levels of state and federal courts, including the North Carolina Business Court.
