Clint Pinyan Speaks at Antitrust Meeting

Brooks Pierce partner Clint Pinyan presented “Competition Issues Concerning Medical and Dental Boards” at the North Carolina Bar Association Antitrust & Trade Regulation Section’s Annual Meeting on February 9. His presentation included discussion of recent scrutiny of and litigation brought by competition regulators concerning the oversight activities of state medical and dental boards.

Clint represents corporations, individuals and government entities in complex litigation, with a focus on appellate litigation. As a part of his appellate practice, Clint has successfully represented clients in state appellate courts, in federal appellate courts around the nation, and in the United States Supreme Court in a range of matters including tax, constitutional, labor and employment, employee benefits, personal injury, government contracting, and construction cases. He also has an extensive practice in commercial and employment-related litigation in federal and state trial courts.
