Natalie Sanders Presents at Bloom Inclusion Conference


Brooks Pierce attorney Natalie Sanders is presenting at the Bloom Inclusion Conference—2020 ConCourse Edition. The seminar includes multiple prerecorded lectures that can be accessed for 30 days starting Nov. 9.

Sanders’ presentation, “Inclusion: Legal Issues and Opportunities in our COVID World,” will discuss laws that provide ways for employers to promote inclusion in this difficult environment and will also identify potential legal issues and inclusivity opportunities through hiring and layoffs.

Sanders provides counsel and defense to businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship. Her 24 years of experience as an attorney, operations manager, entrepreneur and community volunteer allow her to relate well to management and provide nuanced guidance in complex matters.

Bloom Inclusion is a cross-industry conference created to connect professionals in banking, apparel, nonprofits, health, education, government, law enforcement, athletics, marketing, logistics and the arts for the purpose of learning about inclusion, innovation and leadership with people outside of their normal silos.
