Brooks Pierce lawyers Mark Prak and Andrew Tripp led discussion groups at the Duke Law School event "Where Do You Draw the Line? A Dialogue on Legal Ethics and Professionalism" on August 17.
The discussion groups were made up of incoming first-year law students evaluating hypothetical fact patterns that present ethical quandaries in law school and in practice.
Mark is a 1980 graduate of Duke Law, and Andrew graduated in 2004. Both practice in the firm's Raleigh office.
