Langley has over 25 years of experience representing businesses in employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, including discrimination matters, civil rights, executive compensation disputes, non-competition agreements and trade secret protection. She counsels employers of all sizes in an array of employment law issues including regulatory and statutory compliance, litigation avoidance and dispute resolution.
Saint represents employers before government agencies and in state and federal courts on numerous employment law matters, including EEOC charges and lawsuits, common law employment claims, contract disputes, and discrimination and harassment claims. Saint also counsels clients on compliance with state and federal laws, employment policies and handbooks, and employment agreements. She has particular experience with civil rights claims, representing parties on both sides of civil rights and discrimination-related lawsuits.
