Brooks Pierce is excited to sponsor a panel at the North Carolina Rural Center’s Summit March 21-22 at the North Raleigh Hilton.
The Brooks Pierce sponsored panel, “Counting NC: One Census, One State, One Future,” will highlight what's changed for North Carolina following the 2020 Census and why. It will also look at that those changes mean for the future of North Carolina. The panel will feature Dr. Jim Johnson, William R. Kenan Jr. Distinguished Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Kenan-Flagler Business School and Jeanne Milliken Bonds, Professor of the Practice, Impact Investment & Sustainable Finance at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
The Rural Summit brings hundreds of professionals working for rural organizations together to learn about the issues affecting North Carolina’s rural communities and explore areas of opportunity within those communities.
