Lateral Transactional Attorney

Brooks Pierce is seeking a lateral attorney with 4–12 years of transactional experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have varied and meaningful experience in one or more areas of transactional law, including but not limited to corporate, mergers and acquisitions, finance, private equity, and business tax. The successful candidate must have excellent academic credentials and be an independent, flexible, and confident self-starter ready to advise on a variety of matters.
