Fairchild's diverse practice includes a particular interest in the esports industry. He represents players, content producers and stakeholders in a variety of contract and licensing issues. He also represents domestic and international clients in state and federal litigation, including in complex business, intellectual property, and constitutional matters. A former law clerk, he studied law at The University of North Carolina School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He is the father of three children, a 3-month-old daughter and two boys, ages 4 and 6.
