Agustin Martinez Appointed as Treasurer for NCBA Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section

Brooks Pierce attorney Agustin Martinez was recently appointed as treasurer of the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section. He will serve as treasurer for the 2025-2026 term.

The NCBA’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section serves lawyers who practice in areas of antitrust and trade regulation as well as complex business litigation, including class actions and business torts. The section primarily covers issues related to unfair and deceptive trade practices and antitrust regulation.

Martinez is a litigation attorney, focusing on commercial and complex business litigation. He represents businesses and professionals in all levels of state and federal court.
