Brooks Pierce partner Anna Tison was recently named to the Wake Tech Foundation Board of Directors. The board consists of community leaders who share a commitment to Wake Tech’s mission along with an impressive record of local leadership.
The Wake Tech Foundation believes in making an education possible for anyone in the community who wants one. The foundation cultivates and manages a variety of resources critical to the college's success including corporate investments, private grants, alumni and employee contributions.
Tison represents buyers, sellers, developers, lenders and investors in complex commercial real estate transactions. She provides counsel in financing, joint ventures, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate.
