Beth Langley Named to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly “Employment Law Power List”

Brooks Pierce partner Beth Langley has been named to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s “Employment Law Power List.” According to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly, Power List honorees are selected by a range of criteria, including leadership in the field, experience and a record of bar involvement and leadership.

Langley has over 25 years of experience counseling employers of all sizes on a wide range of employment issues. She has represented businesses in litigation in matters involving civil rights, non-competition agreements and trade secret protection. Her advice and counsel to employers covers issues related to workplace employment compliance, executive compensation, trade secret protection and employment agreements, including non-competition agreements. She also counsels clients on discrimination and harassment issues related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
