Brooks Pierce Attorney Participates in NC Middle District Annual Bankruptcy Seminar
Brooks Pierce attorney Jamey Lowdermilk will speak on May 3 at the Middle District of North Carolina’s 45th Annual Bankruptcy Seminar. She will co-present the “Bankruptcy Rules Jeopardy” segment alongside Diana Santos-Johnson, an attorney at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC.
Lowdermilk provides counsel on a variety of bankruptcy, complex business, estate planning, and nonprofit matters. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial matters in state and federal courts, and has tried multiple state district court bench cases. She also advises clients establishing new entities and reorganizing existing endeavors, and manages the administration of complicated estates.
