Brooks Pierce Attorneys Elected to Leadership Roles in the Federal Bar Association’s Eastern District of North Carolina

Brooks Pierce attorneys Amanda Hawkins and Will Robertson were recently elected to leadership roles in the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA) Eastern District of North Carolina Chapter. Hawkins was elected as president of the chapter, and Robertson was elected secretary.

As one of the largest and most diverse geographic districts in the circuit, the FBA’s Eastern District of North Carolina Chapter is focused on bringing a variety of programming to educate members and promote collegiality among the bar, from Raleigh to the coast. Membership includes practitioners from both public and private practice, including criminal defense, civil litigation, intellectual property, appellate practice and healthcare law.

Hawkins represents businesses and individuals in all levels of state and federal courts. She uses her experience as a law clerk to inform her litigation strategy and assist clients in all stages of litigation.

Robertson represents businesses and individuals in all levels of state and federal courts. He draws upon his experience as a federal law clerk to design and implement effective litigation strategies for the firm's clients.
