Brooks Pierce partners Kearns Davis and Beth Langley were recently inducted into the Greensboro Bar Association’s (GBA) inaugural class of Fellows. The Fellows program is an honorary society of attorneys, judges, and law faculty whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession.
Davis, a former federal prosecutor, has tried jury cases at all levels of federal and North Carolina trial courts. He represents clients in U.S. trial and appellate courts across the country.
Langley has over 25 years of experience counseling employers of all sizes in an assortment of employment law issues. She has represented businesses in employment litigation in matters involving civil rights, non-competition agreements, and trade secret protection.
