Brooks Pierce Managing Partner Jimmy Adams Named to Business North Carolina's "Power List" for Second Consecutive Year

Brooks Pierce’s Managing Partner Jimmy Adams has been named to Business North Carolina’s “Power List” of the most influential business leaders in the country's ninth most populous state. He was included in the section focused on the legal sector. Honorees will be celebrated during a reception at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences hosted by Business North Carolina and sponsored by Brooks Pierce.

Adams is a versatile and seasoned litigator with more than 30 years of experience in arbitrations and in federal and state courts. Jimmy represents clients on dispute and litigation issues related to noncompetition agreements, taxation, health care, professional malpractice, ERISA and estate litigation, and all types of corporate and commercial disputes. As managing partner of Brooks Pierce, he is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall management of the firm.
